Comeback Kid

The one that started it all, Comeback Kid is an amazing sugar-free blend of Virginia Shenandoah apples that carries amazing flavor and all of the richness you'd expect from some of the best apples in the country. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, tangy, and refreshing, this is what we think a good apple only dry cider should be!

Pairing: Beef, pork, blue cheese, white fish

Hazy Hopped

Floral with juicy notes of citrus and grapefruit, Hazy Hopped is a sugar-free cider dry-hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy, and Cascade hops. It's balanced, bubbly, super refreshing, unfiltered, and unpasteurized leaving all the awesome characteristics you want in a handcrafted hopped cider.

En Fuego lives up to its name using seven dry and fresh hand-selected peppers from around the world like Costeno, Guajillo, and Arbol. Aged to create the perfect amount of heat and balanced out by our custom Shenandoah apple blend En Fuego is on fire!

Andre the Giant

Andre the Giant is a petillant naturel style cider made with our house blend of Virginia-grown apples. We package the cider before primary fermentation is complete and allow it to finish in the bottle, thereby trapping the natural carbon dioxide and all the unique and fragile/volatile aromas and flavors of fermentation. Simultaneously rustic and elegant, bubbly and bready like a champagne, this cider is full of character.

Virginia Heirloom

Virginia Heirloom begins with the most famous Virginia apple, Albemarle Pippin. This antique variety was brought to Virginia in 1777. We then carefully curate a blend with two other heirloom apples, Arkansas Black and Winesap. Together, they bring a tangy and soft tannic complexity to thefermentation. Acid-driven, phenolic, floral – this cider is a taste of history and Mid-Atlantic terroir.

Barrel Aged Cider

French oak barrels that housed red wine in a former life gave this cider a cozy hideaway for 6 months. The aging softened the cider and it soaked up some residual red wine character in the form of dark fruit flavors and a pleasant grippiness. Lightly sparkingly, with nuances of toasted oak and vanilla, this cider is perfectly paired with fine food and good company.

Cranberry Apple Wine

Our house blend of apple juice was frozen, which concentrated the sugars as the water froze out of the juice, and then slowly melted to extract the higher sugar-content juice. This sweet nectar was then combined with cranberry puree and fermented to create a richer, higher abv beverage. Brimming with ripe red berry, honey and stone fruit flavors with a tart finish, this concoction is reminiscent of a dry rose.

Farmhouse Blackberry

Harkening back to scrumpy traditions, apple juice and blackberry puree were spontaneously co-fermented in barrels, and then allowed to age undisturbed for a year. LIke alchemy, different types of microorganisms convert the juice to novel and diverse aroma and flavor compounds. The result here is a bone dry, earthy, fruity, little bit funky trip to the wild side of Cidermaking.
